I have lived at Sterling Pointe for nearly 2 years now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartments are built well and they are constantly working on the upkeep. You can?t hear your neighbors. The maintenance and office staff are both very helpful and professional. They haven't raised my rent once since I've lived here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The only complaint I have is in the winter they refuse to put salt or sand down on the roads... creating a very slippery mess. I've already fallen once and hurt myself pretty badly. You'd think they would be worried about liability more.

Also, don't get an apartment with a garage that is at the end of a road. They'll block your garage with snow piles, rendering it useless. They're good about giving you another garage if available, but it will most likely be far away from your apartment.
