The apartments were okay. I didn't like how small my apartment was, especially for the price. I wish I would have checked around more before I moved in, because there were bigger apartments for less money that had the same quality. Not too many complaints though. The office staff was nice enough, but they didn't handle issues effectively.

I had noisey neighbors, which wasn't the management's fault, but when I called to ask if they could call my neighbors to address the issue they said they had tried before but it didn't work. Needless to say I was stuck with noisey neighbors. The people below us left their trash out constantly and left it in front of the stairwells. Again I called the office, but they said they had tried to resolve the issue before but it didn't work.

Don't expect to get something fixed right away. Maintenance takes almost a week or more to get to your apartment. Plus they don't shovel the walks, especially if you are toward the back of the property. I slipped a few times last winter, and when I told them that I fell they told me to be more careful!!! WHAT!' Plus, they don't clear off the stairwells, so be careful of snow drifts. It gets slippery.

Overall, I wouldn't live here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Too much money for the product you get. I moved to Goldstone Apartments after living here. The rent is less, the apartment is bigger and I think it's nicer! So, spend your money elsewhere. Sterling Point isn't worth it. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

As the manager of Sterling Pointe, I find this review rather humorous....Please be aware that this person had a very antogonistic relationship with us. We're rated #1 for a reason, and unfortunately this former tenant didn't like paying the price for the quality and service received. Compare us with the other apartments around, and you'll quickly see why we're rated #1. Thanks!

I think sterling pointes managers are full of s**t I would never rent from them again I also fell becuse of the lack of snow removal

They really don't shovel properly. It is definitely a hazard during winter months.
