Having spent 3 years here while stationed at Hill Air Force Base, these apartment has been great! I've never had an apartment before with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, it sure made things fancy. When I was shopping for an apartment I noticed they were the only one that had two-tone paint annnnnnnd included the water, sewer, garbage in the rent.

While TDY I would ship packages to the office and they would hold them there for me until I returned. Pretty cool.

We did have a bad winter, and their parking lot contractor never cleaned off the driveways, but since then they've been fine. The maintenance guys are friendly and even helped me install my satellite dish!

Although not perfect, this place was the best I've lived in yet!
