I lived there for more than a year. Gave them 400 s/d they wrote down how they received it. 200 upfront in the form of a money order from California and a check for the rest of the s/d upon moving in. After I moved out the manager gave me credit for a 200 s/d and is insisting he has no record of receiving the money order for 200. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
