I moved to Utah 3 weeks ago. I rented a apartment over the email. The person was very helpful in helping me getting an apartment without being at their office. I was delayed getting to their office on my moving day because of the snowy weather. The office staff was very understanding and held my apartment for me. The apartment looked really good. I was a little hesitant renting an apartment without seeing the property and location. The apartment was really clean and nice looking. The location is great also.
