I rented from this site for 9 months and felt slighted by the office staff on three separate occasions:

1) When moving out, I was unjustly charged (deduction taken from my deposit) for "broken blinds" which were left in the exact same condition as when I moved in. There was no damage. I called to contest the charges and after my fourth call (they never returned my call even when promising to) they essentially told me "tough luck".

2) The month that my lease was going to expire, I received a notice on my door stating that I needed to give them 30 days notice prior to moving out. I immediately took the sheet to the office to take care of it and was told that since I was late by 2 days, I would receive pro-rated charges for the next month in the amount of around $42. I objected that I had notified them on the exact same day that they had notified me. Apparently, I was supposed to remember that this was my obligation from the sheef of papers I signed 9 months prior when I moved in. They told me it was a courtesy that they left me a note at all and refused to give any lenience on the issue.

3) There is a late fee policy that you are allowed a four day grace period without receiving extra charges for late payment. I was late 5 days as I was coming off of my Christmas/New Year's vacation. I payed on the fifth and even though the office was closed on the first, third, and fourth and the only possible day I could have payed was the second (or before I left on vacation 3 weeks earlier), they still charged me a late fee. I thought that was just petty of them and inconsiderate of my situation.

Overall, their prices are reasonable, but be sure to factor in the "moving out" tax when planning your stay. Also, if you ever have any issues don't bother taking it to the office staff. They'll spit in your eye.
