Don't even think about it! - I have lived in Logan Pointe for approx. 18 months now, and I must say the complex is deteriorating at a rapid rate. The rent is going up (twice for 2009; and again two times in 2010). The management does not respond appropriately to complaints or work orders. Most of the time they do not respond at all.
