The management didn't show any concern about the apartment or the complex community. For example our bathtub was clogged for over a week and we finally had to hire a plumber on our own (and pay the bill). The carpet was old and matted before we moved in and even though the management promised there would be new carpet placed it never happened. From talking with fellow residents we found similar things happening throughout the complex. I wish I had known these things before moving in; I would have never considered it but since I had already signed the contract I was stuck for a year. Even though people tended to go to bed early if they were to get up in the night you can hear them walk across the floor and know exactly what they are doing.
