Poor From: pvtmulholland@hotmail.com Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I would recommend other places. The parking can be a nightmare. The most frustrating thing was that your friends have nowhere to park. If you have company, plan on picking them up. It seemed like it would take a long time to have the management fix problems. The people were very nice, but I saw a couple people struggle if they weren't an lds member. Mainly they were treated different. Roommates of the non lds residents seemed to outcast them which didn't seem very fair. The rules were very strict. Based on where my friends were staying and other things I've heard, I can easily name 5-10 other places near by that are just as affordable, but offer a lot better apartments. Good luck with your search, I would not recommend stopping here.
