It was nice living in a newer apartment but the floor plan is very small for 4 people. It seemed like no one really had personal space. Be prepared for extra charges. Your first day there you will be asked to pay an additional fee to park in the parking lot and since there is no where else to park, you have to pay it. Also when you leave at the end of the semester just remember that if your apartment is satisfactory when the manager checks you out, the owner will still find things to charge you for and eat away at your deposit.

It was nice having a washer and dryer. The snow is removed regularly from the parking lot and the apartment manager tries his best.

Lastly, you are not as close to campus as you may think, especially because there is a monster hill to go up every day.
