My husband and I moved with our 2 young children to Logan Landing looking for a nice safe comfortable location for the family while my husband finished up school. On first impression I was very impressed with the management. They seemed attentive and I had the impression that if any problems arose with the apartment they would be there to help. However, after only 1 week of living there the dish washer broke leaving water leaking all over the floor. The management was notified and said they would come and look at the problem. However it took one call everday for over a week before anyone came to assess the problem. Then it took another week to get the problem fixed. We also had problems with ventilation. The smoke from the next door neighbors drifted into our apartment through the vent system. It didn't take long before our clothing and furniture smelled strongly of smoke. Even though I expressed strong concern about the problem and the health of our your children the problem remained until the neighbors moved out.

I find it hard to belive that this person had a problem with smoke from a nieghbor as I also live at this property and it is a non smoking property, I had a problem with a nieghbor smoking outside and it only took two complaints from me to the mangement and the neighbor was asked to move out of the property and they were within two weeks. I also live here with my husband and one child and have loved it and even with the problem of my neighbor it was fixed I feel as quickly as humanly possible! We love it here!

The management as been nothing but trouble for me at Logan Landing. They are difficult to work with. I agree, we had a broken toilet and even after both of the men came to fix it. It was still broken, finally I went out and bought what I needed and did it myself. The management is not on top of things and never available when needed.
