Well, the management was ok at first. Joan, the office assistant was nice the whole time, but not always very helpful. As much as they say that they care about your life, they only care about having full buildings. There are loud kids, and frequent fire alarms at horrible hours. (4 in four months).

Also, if something comes up and you have to move out, you're pretty much screwed. Either have another qualified renter ready to take your lease or look forward to paying out your lease.
