Maintenance, first of all, sucks. Our heat only works half the time and the other half the vents just blow cold air. THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Secondly the land ladies are not only rude but incredibly hard to get a hold of with any problems or concerns. Thirdly there has been a recent breech of contract concerning the booting policies. I hate it.
