2 years coming up!
My wife and I have lived in many apartment communities around the country from florida to iowa, nebraska to utah and we have to say at first we were a little worried about the way this property used to be run, but after extensive research around the property i found that the history of negative things at this property is just that , HISTORY !
We LoVe it here, the rules are enforced the staff is awesome, and the pool! oh wow the pool and fitness center is amazing, the best part of the pool is its heated, and nothing beats swimming while the snow falls! our children love the playground and all the kids here are respectable, cleaning up after themselves is just the start. The parking MAY have been bad in the past, but i wouldn't know, its never been an issue for me, or anyone else i have talked to that lives here and follows the rules. here's the deal on booting, if you park where your not supposed to , you get booted, so do as your told in the rules and dont park in others places. and have your visitors park in ANY uncovered spot, better than places we have lived that the people that were visiting had to buzz or check in at a gate and walk to your apartment. The grounds are imaculate with the occasional dog poo, but anywhere that is awesome enough to accept pets these days, knows that will be a cross to bare. the mgt. team works very hard to maintain a safe and clean living environment, and it SHOWS!
i wanted to add, that some of these posts (like every other apartment community) seem to be 100% complaints seems the people that have posted about this property dont actually live here. The staff is RUDE'!' well the staff have never been rude, the manager is very direct and to the point , however empathetic to concerns IF they should arise.
