problems include: you're not allowed to have a peephole or a real deadbolt...that stinks. the lock that's in the doorknob is NOT a real deadbolt...it doesn't go past the door jam. judging by this websites "safety" rating, there may be a higher than average number of registered sex offenders in close proximity (see "safety" on this website). i checked online once and found a registered sex offender living in one of the twin creek buildings (the one with the laundromat). don't know if he's still there, but DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

good things: CHEAP rent, a dishwasher, large laundromat onsite, hospital across the street, close to busline and stores, etc., and good snow removal in parking lot. overall, i had little trouble with noise. management has been very good about handling that type of complaint. the current manager is actually a very nice guy, and although the owner has impressed me as a bit of a jerk, he seems overall to be quite responsible.
