Management has come up with a lot of dumb little rules that make you feel like your at home again. Like for instance, you can only have visitors come swimming on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have a work out room, but you can only use it Monday through Friday 9-5, if the staff is even still there. If you have anything break in your apartment and need it fixed, plan on doing it yourself. You can request a work order a thousand times and never get anything done about it.

That is 100% true! They are like the gestapo here wanting to know who is coming to your house to visit. The neighbors dont follow the rules but are quick to tell the manager of any slight infraction. This place is nice but the management are bullies!!!! You can never get anything fixed either. I am still waiting for things to be fixed from almost a year ago! THANK GOD MY LEASE IS UP!!!!! Time to escape from this prison!!!

I live at one of thier other properties and the same thing is going on over here and i think its bs. Every yr when the pool and hot tub opens around memorial day, they imediently close them down for a whole month or more claiming both maintence repairs and vandelism for the shut down. Funny thing is i've never seen any vandilism to the clubhouse in all the yrs i've been here and if there were the whole community shouldnt be getting punshished. As for the repairs, i dont know of any community that doesnt keep spare parts on hand for such instances. When it comes to the parking enforcement, they pic and choose which violators will get towed. Just shows how fake, inept and rediculous they are.
