We lived at Brighton Place for over 3 years. At first it was a fine place to live but it has drastically changed. During our last renewal our rent was raised 150.00 with no negotiation. Also a member of the staff was rude and during the move out process they were unbearable. I would not recommend Brighton Place or any Wasatch Managed Apartments. We also had issues with people smoking in other apartments and the smell drafting into ours. Management would not address the problem.
The apartment size was great and the maintenance staff there was wonderful. They did fix problems immediatly.
