Over the weekend there was a large fight in the middle of the night that involved baseball bats and a stabbing! The grounds are rarely clean. The illegals all sit out on the steps of the apartments and stare you down when you drive by. Tons of unsupervised kids running everywhere. It takes 2 months to fix a roof leak. Management won't take care of the ROACHES! I asked a year ago (I am not kidding!) to have the parking lot lights fixed and they are never on. Never have seen any security. All this and they are raising the rent $140. Hmm should I stay' Hell No!

I heard about the incident on the ksl radio station. When you've got rampant gang violence, its obvious that Brighton Place doesnt screen thier prospective tenants. i'll be tickled pink when the day comes when they crack down on landlords aiding and abetting illegal fugitives breaking our immigration laws. Anyone thinking of renting from this place should check with the local midvale police dept on the criminal activity involved with this property. You're be better off renting elsewhere.
