My wife and I just signed a year lease here. We moved in right after the cars were set on fire.I wish I'd known about this site before moving. We were shown a lovely model, the building was spotless, quiet, and tranquil. We signed up right away. The management refused to let us see the apartment we were to rent, it was against policy to do so before the cashiers check was in their hands you see. Bait and switch at its best, or worst. For us it was the latter. To greet us on moving day, we couldn't get a key until we showed up with the movers, we found our building, it had been freshly painted, we turned the corner and started walking towards the stairway. Every door has been scratched up with a knife, all the apartment doors, save ours, had 3 day notices to evict on them. Being curious, I glanced at one. Adults living in unit not on lease. After a month everyone decided to move from those units, but not far. I watched them move everything from their apartment to another right across the lawn! I don't have enough room to go into the maintenance group. Learn from my mistake, Stay away!!!!
