Since I've lived at Brighton Place apartments over the past three and half years (and I leaving ASAP without notice to management due to personal safety concerns) I have witnessed the entire complex being slowly turned into a hazardous, dangerous, third world slum.

I've watched mexican teenagers willfully destroy cars, street lights, building lights, windows, and even throw lighted bottles of flammable liquid at other people's cars and personal property.

Our parking areas are littered with trash, dirty diapers, and other disgusting debris. The management does not concern itself with trying to keep these areas clean. Furthermore, the mexican residents trash the place by throwing their bags of garbage wherever they feel like throwing them, and rarely do they ever actually place them in the garbage cans.

Saturday we had a major fire in a semi-vacant building due to suspicious gang and drug activities. Monday one of our tenants was severely beaten and thrown from their own balcony. Tuesday the cars in our parking lot were smeared with mud and dirt and filth, all of them on the East side. Wednesday I watched a bunch of mexican teenagers kick down the fence between our property and the property next door.

I can't even count the number of times I've called the police in the past three years, but now I just don't care anymore, it's impossible to stop the willful, and disgusting destruction that occurs there on a minute by minute basis. I am leaving to anywhere else I can move to, anything is better than living in that cesspool!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX, AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS IF THEY ARE THINKING OF MOVING TO BRIGHTON PLACE. IT IS AN INCREDIBLY HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

Actually, IDIOT, Remington is also owned by Wasatch Property Management and I have friends who have lived there as well. Good luck moving out, with all the nickel and diming that you will get I feel sorry for you. My friends apartment was spotless and when he moved out they charged him over a $1000 for misc bs. If you live in Remington and like it then you obviously work for Wasatch Property Management (maybe you are Levi). Anyone who actually lived at Brighton Place or Remington and didnt work for Wasatch Property Management would have nothing good to say about these apts at all. The fact that you are calling me out for talking sh&t about them means that you work for them, MORON! Anyone else who DOESNT work for Wasatch Property Management feel free to post! Oh and by the way, lawsuit just got all wrapped up. Settlement offer out of court from Wasatch Property Management was $345,000. Damn it looks like I'm $345,000 richer than you now you IDIOT! Payed for all my atty fees as well so $345,000 in my pocket. Now I'm going for punitive damages of over $1 mil. Like I said, anyone else that DOESNT work for Wasatch Property Management feel free to post!

As much as I hate Brighton Place (I lived there three years ago) and Wasatch, I think you are totally full of ****! Do you really think anyone is going to believe that crap?

i never lived at brighton place, but i agree with the last review. I think the top response is totally lying and is in a fantasy world. and if you won, then why is you going for more? dude, are you really that greedy and selfish? if so are telling the truth (which i highly doubt), then you are such a jerk.
