Recently tenants of Brighton Place were informed of a New Security agency who would be taking charge of the safety and noise complaints of the community. This agency was hired after the recent fire of an apartment building. I have called the security agency on 2 different occasions to complain about the tenants that live directly below us and continually play loud music all hours of the day. I was told loud noise could be made between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm. M-S. And I should expect noise since I live in an apartment. All they could do at this time was document the complaint so the office had record of the complaint. This is a Joke! The city of Midvale says ANY noise complaint ANY time of day can be reported and delt with. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone!

I agree completely. I live in Brighton Place and have had the same problem. I contacted the police which they told me the law states different noise laws. This place is a joke. I just can't afford an attorney to get out of my lease.
