The only thing that is really good about this place is the location. It saved me hundreds on gas b/c I took the train to work. I Like the maintenance guys too, mostly because they took the time complain about the managers with me.
Management has treated us so poorly I can hardly describe it. Even from the beginning at the signing, they assume that everybody is white trash and treat you like they are much better than you. The worst experience I had was to deal with the manager, -------. She is a disgrace of a business manager. Trying to talk to her was torture when we had a complaint. When we moved in they told us that our parking space would be changed to something less than 1/2 mile away and that still hasn't happened a year later. My car was towed from a spot that was not painted red, no "no parking" sign, and no warning. Here is the best part - when I went to ask where my car was, they knew that it had been towed and neglected to mention the information that the tow company charged by the hour. I didn't know this so I went to work and thought that I would get the car afterward. Yeah, $200 unnecessary dollars later I got my car back. Thanks for the info candlestick.
The neighborhood is bad, not the worst, but bad. I cansistantly had my electrical breaker cut off by a little child which was not watched, once when we were out of town which cost us alot of groceries. When I told our favorite ------- to put locks on the breaker boxes she told me it was between me and the power company. Too bad for me I guess.
Just find a better place to live and save yourself frustration.
