I have rented for two years. The office staff are not nice to work with. They treat you like you have done something wrong. My rent payment was on time EVERY single month. When moving out my apt. was spotless - they still tried to charge me for excessive things to take out of my deposit. The deposit for them is basically a legal way for them to STEAL your money. Very dishonest and unkind. The trains are extremely noisy! There were also a couple of cars broken into but I guess the location should be an indicator of that. I would NEVER deal with these people again.

The reason I stayed was cause it was CHEAP - I guess you get what you pay for CHEAPskates that try to swindle out of a deposit that you deserve back, CHEAP management that won't fix problems and unclassy way of handling their tenants. I dub you slumlords - enjoy the title cause you've definitely earned it!

Looks like most of the posts on here show that the management here tries to steal your money by keeping your deposit, sounds like we all need to beware of Legacy Court.
