These apartments seemed like an answer to my prayers because of their location & the seemingly kind management. But not only is the management really unresponsive & unkind they are deceitful & always making the resident feel as if they did something wrong. Nothing so far has been legally wrong but everything they do is ethically as shady as possible. I have lived in 6 other aparments before this and never have I experienced such uncooperative management. Also they management hides truth abt the whole aprtments lack of facilities when showing a prospective tenent the prospective apt. I was late in paying my rent by 1 single day & they did not renew my lease once the lease ran out. All they are really concerned about is their money & maintaining the apt with as less money as possible. Also they can maintain the surroundings and keep oit beautiful from outside, but it is actually a trap for unsuspecting & desperate people.
Bottom line do not rent these apts how much ever your desperation & need to do so.

I AGREE! ALL I HEAR IS BAD NEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE. I HAD A FRIEND WHO LIVED HERE ONCE AND MY FRIEND WENT THROUGH ALL KINDS OF TROUBLE FROM THE MANAGEMENT. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS RACIAL, OR JUST PLAIN HATERED.

Yea my husband and I lived there when we were very first married, and that was the worst mistake EVER! Not a place you want to live when you are first married especially because it is hell. Usually you want to be HAPPY when you get married and have your own place.
