My wife and I lived there for 10 months. We had a carpet on our back patio and were given three days to remove or vacate. We complied. It hit 110 degrees this summer so we bought an electric air-conditioner. It needed to pump hot air outside so we put a board in our sliding door with a hole in it so that we didn't wake up drenched in sweat, and they didn't like that either.
And then a month before our lease was up we were left a little letter in our mailbox then a pink note on the door that we were to be out by the end of the month. When we asked why we were told, "We choose not to renew with you."

The administration always seemed cold and always left a yucky taste in my mouth. If you're a dirt poor student like me then it might be worth it, otherwise unless you are a fly on the wall who can deal with a very strict, picky, and uncommunicative management look elsewhere.

We did our best to comply with every one of their wishes and desires and were treated like we were bad people and horrible tenants.

I feel like in my review I didn't say anything libelous. I'm sure the administration has dealt with a lot of crap over the years from a lot of people and this is the policy they have adopted to handle things. I merely stated my person feelings as well as the facts of what happened. I'm sure among their non-tenants the administration is different and we would probably be friends, but as a tenant it felt like a different story.

Why would you even WANT to be friends with "honestable56" - I think they are disrespecting a great American leader by using that name. SLUMLORD56 would be more accurate.
