My boyfriend and I checked out this apartment complex as prospective tenants. When we first arrived, we were shown into the office/model by a tenant, who seemed to like her apartment and the management. She told us to please wait and someone would be with us, and showed us a few things herself. We were then met by the manager. She said that we would fit in well because "there are a few other interracial couples living here, so that won't be a problem." Not sure why she brought that up as a factor..... She then asked about what we did for a living. At the time we both lived at Harmon's grocery store. I was a cashier, and he was a grocery manager. She said "Oh, do you know ***** that works in the deli'" We told her that we knew him. She went on to tell us that he did live there, but he was kicked out for poor behavior. We didn't care for the way the talked poorly about old tenants, it was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Looking around at the "model apartment" I noticed several stains on the carpet, peeling paint on the wall, nearly unbearable heat, and a mess of food all over the kitchen counter. The bed was unmade, the couch had stains all over it, and bathroom looked like a public restroom. This was the model''' And do the furnished apartments come with couches like that'

Not impressive. I would never live there.

you should always inspect the actual apartment you will be living in because being shown just a model can leave you open to a bait and switch.

I hope they don't make a practice of violating privacy laws like that by telling people about past tenants. Reading these reviews it seems like the management here doesn't care about the law, only about getting the monthly rent.

We are sorry you were treated this way but it was NOT at Legacy Court. We are in strict compliance with the State of Utah on all rental laws. Our apartments & office/model are spotless. We invite you to actually come by & see for yourselves.

Is this the legacy court in Midvale? If it is the apartment manager is horrible! When I went to do my walk through i asked if they could get stains out of the carpet and the owner lady said "You are renting from me and I will choose what needs to be done. I decided to move when I came home from work one day as the life flight helecopter landed at the duplexes in back of the apartments when somone got shot in the head! THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT RECOMENED!!!!

Wow, after reading all of these, I wonder why the hell she doesn't get fired. She sounds like a psycho and tactless woman. I'm never living here!
