I lived there just around two years. Everything usually is ok except when a neighbor makes a noise complaint for music at 1 in the afternoon. Their snow removal also sucks. However worst of all is hardly anybody gets their deposit back. I cleaned that place up and down and they charged me 133 for cleaning. Even at 10 dollars an hour thats 13 hours of cleaning. They charged me 4 bucks for bathroom lightbulbs, no biggie since they probably cost that a piece (they are the clear large bulb ones) but I guess they just worked it into the cleaning cost. Had I known they going to charge me that much for cleaning I would have not even cleaned. They even fanagled a way to send me a bill. I'm sure when they read this they will know who it is which I really dont care. Thanks alot ----- and team the word will be spread. Oh and they are always quick to write somebody a letter. Everytime I had a small complaint about a neighbor they were quick to want to write them a warning. Forget about moving in and leaving a trailer in your stall for a couple nights. The people in one of the buildings did that and they received a notice the next day. No BBQs aloud and small dirty laundryroom. No pets either, but I'm more than sure you can sneak in your small pets like fish and what not.

I'm fighting the bill they sent me. It's totally fraudulent.
