The Management is HORRIBLE. They act like children. They're vindictive, unprofessional, and I swear they look for reasons to fine their tenants or kick them out. You will never receive your deposit back. The owner's little "pet" who is the on-site manager, owns the cleaning company that does the supposed "cleaning" when you move out, and somehow manages to charge the average person over $100 for cleaning, even when the apartment is spotless when you move out.

Our experience was horrible. We got a fine for $50 because our brother brought his little puppy over for an hour. We tried to dispute the fine, and the on-site manager got offended and decided not to re-new our lease. They kicked us out for disputing a fine! When we tried to talk with the owner about all of this, she spoke to us as if we were little kids. She was UNBELIEVABLE. Seriously, if you rent from this lady, you will be dealing with someone with absolutely no social skills. She is completely unreasonable. I promise you won't regret looking somewhere else.

Yup, same thing here. Charged me over 100 bucks for cleaning, 133 to be exact and the place was spotless, I had two people look it over. Yes, they do seem to be vindictive and look for any reason to throw you out, which amazes me, you think they would want to work with you and keep you there. Potential renters, the management has stayed the same for I dont know how long. In regards to the cleaning company, I thought it was the guy who did most of the cleaning afterwards. When I first moved in they told me they pretty much clean anyways after anybody moves out. They (including the owner, maybe not the guy, oh I forgot his name) are ignorant and disrespectful. I kinda knew this was coming, my girlfriend knew somebody who lived there before I did and said she had the same exact problems with the deposit and the staff.

Just a thought... The lease agreement states that no pets are allowed for any amount of time. Including 1 hour, 10 minutes, or a week. They're not allowed. End of story. You should have told your brother that before he came over. Follow the rules and management doesn't have a problem.

Dealing with somebody without social skills? She had a good professional reason to not renew your lease. You broke the lease agreement once by bringing a pet into your apartment. That's reason enough for ANY apartment to not renew your lease. "Social skills" aren't the issue here: Follow the rules, or face the consequences.
