I lived at Legacy court for almost 5 years, and after reading some of the reviews
I just can't figure out why these people said these things. First of all the managment was great, down to earth good people. To please them all you had to do is follow the rules! The apartments are quieter than other places I have been and there hot water/heat system was awesome. No water heater, no furnace, and no problems. I really liked all the management, they were friendly, and very helpful. Parking was close, and plenty of room for guests. I think these are great apartments, and would live there again, no hesitation at all. I have lived at a few other places and Legacy court is the best by far.

Sorry everybody they stripped my carriage returns, try and bear with me.
Is "friendly" sending a horrendously offensive letter to a former resident who posted a negative review on a site that is intended for reviews, both positive and negative? Especially when that review is anonymous (although there was semi-identifying information in the review, dollar amounts to be specific).
Be glad you wrote a positive review cabin7200. If you didn't you're likely to receive an offensive letter bordering on harassment in the mail, even if you did post your review anonymously. Also cabin7200, during the time I lived there, management was OK with me, and I with them. I never caused trouble, always paid my rent on time, and even called the police more than once when something was awry. It was when I gave an honest review of my experience that they showed their true selves. Oh BTW M with the Mustang, your a really nice guy, nothing against you, you should own and run the place. Too bad we cant all have things given to us. I must say the manager, the red headed lady, was also "nice" (to me, I dont speak for anybody else) but apparently when the owner needs something personal to use against you they will talk. Future renters please keep your personal lives to yourselves unless you want it to bite you in the end.
I work for a company which people have started websites on why they hate us (others on why they love us) and we would never ever personally attack any of them. It is extremely unprofessional and I would never do business with any company who retaliates against a private individual for his or her review of their experience. Yes owner, it is not professional to assume you know who wrote a bad review regardless whether there is identifying information or not and send them an abusive and offensive letter. Scribbled, photocopied and containing incohesive rambling at that. Were you insane with rage when you wrote it? If it makes you feel better, once you sent me the detailed bills you received (supposedly one from a relative's business, don't write me another letter now! Thats just what another reviewer said, make an assumption on who it is and write them! Or if they have some identifying information in their review disregard that they posted anonymously and make an assumption and write them!) I am more accepting of the charges. So you should understand why I paid it, to avoid my credit being dinged. It's a lot more tougher to fix one's credit than it is to dispute a 64 dollar bill. Besides it's the Better Business Bureau's responsibility to handle complaints of unethical business practices (in response to the "Not much of a fight." statement I received).
I understand why one would want to photocopy such a document but why write it and then wait to send it after the bill you sent was paid and then write additional offensive quips after it's been photocopied. Also, why print the review and attack the reviewer personally, then search out other posts that have replies by what you THINK was that reviewer and print them and send those also. That is straight out harassment when a post is made anonymously, especially when there is no identifying information in it.
I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure they teach you in any standard business ethics class that when you run a professional business you will receive complaints or negative reviews, which some of those may be made public, however you never ever attack that private individual or customer. You do your best to gracefully handle the situation, that way word doesn't get spread on how one may possibly get treated if they do business with you and possibly have a bad experience.
Also, you may want to consider always sending the individual bills you receive for whatever cleaning or repairs that may need to be done when you send out the final disposition. It helps one not be so suspicious of the charges.
Have a good day cabin7200, have a good day Legacy Court but please do not harass me because of this post. Remember, individual complaining about a business entity, OK. Business entity harassing individual, not OK.

Wow. I love your post whoever you are. We left negative reviews, but I don't think "owner" knows how to find us. We never gave the office staff grief, but they sure did get their panties in a wad there at the end after we had been nothing but good tenants. The only reasonable one was M who was tremendously helpful when the two biddies were being royal pains. Future renters, read the reviews of the majority of these people and don't be fooled by one renter. They may have had a good experience, and you might too, but why take the chance? You probably wont. The ladies there are unbelievable.
