Keep looking, you'll be glad you did. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I consider myself a realistic person. I know that you get what you pay for. No air conditioning (even though they say there is, it's just a small window unit that cools about 2 cubic feet of air), no washer hook ups in your apartment, and noisy, unfriendly neighbors, and shady, unsafe neighborhood. We had a decent experience living there, but the move out process is the nightmare. They will take you for everything you've got, even if they don't follow the rules on their own stinking contract. Do yourself a favor and find a nice apartment with central air and washer and dryer hook ups and more experienced management. Don't let the low rent seduce you. It's not worth it.
