I lived at Pinehurst from 2004 to 2005. The staff changed while I was there, but the new staff was even better than the old staff, and the old office staff wasn't bad!!! They gave me a free accent wall when I moved in, and it looked great, I don't know what the other guy was talking about. Their pet deposit was the cheapest I have yet to find. The apartments were more than alot of others I looked at, but you get what you pay for, and I liked it there.

So if you liked it so much...how come you left? I agree one of their former staff Audrey was great and she probably arranged for your accent wall. Oh but now they are more expensive like $999.00 for a two bedroom but not really any amenities. Other properties are offering some very nice amenities and they actually maintain the property. Most importantly, they are professional and motivated to all tenants.
