I have read some reviews and being a tenant from 2003-present I can tell you it is not maintained well. For a two bedroom unit it is priced at $999.00 I know because my wife and I tried to transfer to a larger unit from a one bedroom. For $999.00 you can find a place with more ameniities and better property staff. We were showed a two bedroom that had not been cleaned and it smelled and who ever lived their obviously didn't own a vacuume or a cleaning rag. What a mess. What a joke and for $999.00. I would look elsewhere. Wasatch is a great property management compnay, this place just gives them a bad rep. Look at Pinnacle Fort Union where two bedrooms start at $750.00 and are huge. There are many choices, so at least shop around.

First of all, that price is not a bad one. I currently live here, and I have a 2bed/2bath with attached garage and only pay $879/mo. I have no clue where this guy got that number. It's a super nice place. I come from houston where people are super noisy, love rap music, and pay huge amounts of money for a super small apartment. This apartment complex is a great deal if you don't want to skip on quality. Management has always been super nice. And as far as the dirty apartment, that wouldn't be Pinehursts fault, that would be the previous tennent. The maintence here is awesome, I had a few minor problems with my apartment when I moved in (i.e. the garbage disposal wasn't working, found out there was a paper clip in it) and they fixed everything within 2 days. I'm very picky, they even moved the fan for me. I wish I didn't have to move back to Houston, because I could live here forever.
