I have lived here for 2 years and it has been great excpet when something breaks... The office will tell you that they handle all maint. requests but they don't! I have tried for about 8 months just to get them to replace burned out lights in one of the racquet ball courts. Also, about 1 1/2 years ago they remodeled the rec. center... added new flatscreen TV with DVD, wet bar (of course, don't bring any alcohol unless you disquise it in plastic container) but they took out one of the pool tables to make room for the TV and now they close the whole place down when they leave the leasing office because they are afraid of the TV being stolen. I'll take the extra pool table... take the damn TV and leave the pool/jacuzzi open during winter months longer so skiers can soak untill 11:00 liker in the summer... Sprinklers outside are a joke too but that's because people/kids are constantly breaking the heads off. Then it takes the maint. staff MONTHS to get them fixed. Night time security is great... HA HA they sit around locked in the office as cars are broken into by all the tweakers from the west side... GET OFF YOUR ASS'S and PATROL the area! One night 18 cars were broken into (smash and grab stereo thiefs) and 2-5 cars a night isn't a rare occasion... PATROL THE COMPLEX! THE COOKIES CAN WAIT!
