Springs of Country Woods

I have lived at the Springs on 3 seperate occasions. When I first moved there, that was the nicest place in the Salt Lake Valley.
The last time I lived there the management as well as the owner had changed and the entire complex had gone south. It appears that they were allowing subsidised housing or something. There were groups of people in the pool, many of whom obviously didn't live there, and ruining it for the people that did. We lived there when my daughter was born and it was great! After I got divorced she was visiting me for the weekend. I told her to meet me at the pool as she was not ready to leave yet. On the way I passed several groups of undesireables and when I got to the clubhouse, I called her and told her to stay put. It just didn't seem safe. The next morning, I went to the office and broke my lease. I told them they could keep the deposit, I just wanted out. I was gone 4 days later. The Springs is a very unique community, but beware of the window dressing. Take a GOOD HARD look before you sign that lease.
