I am a current guest at The Springs and I really like it. The apartments are comfortable, bright and spacious and the grounds are beautiful. I also like the fact that I can walk to a number of different stores and restaurants nearby. I was hesitant to move here at first because of the comments listed on this site, but (so far) I believe they are incorrect. I have only good things to say about The Springs. I enjoy the cheap cable TV access, the apartment, the ducks, the amenities (my kids love the pools) and the other people in the complex seem pretty nice. Frankly, I don't like apartment living since I have lived in a house for a long time, but I'm happy here.
