If you want to live with -----, just move into the Springs of Country Woods. They are horrible! The customer service is awful. You can never get a straight answer out of anyone.

The police are always being called in. Your neighbors are druggies. They do not complete a through background screening before letting people move in. They have been home to several Registered Sex Offenders.

Anytime there is a problem the leasing agent (you know who you are!) does not listen to your problems, is obnoxious, and act like a know if all. She has stated on several occasions "I've been in this job for 6 years, I should think I know my job duties and requirements quite well."

Basically to sum it up, they are crooks, with every intention to screw you up one way and down the next. I have paid my rent on time for the last 4 years. When I asked for a simple maintenance request (the sink overflowed) it took them 5 days to get in to fix the problem. I had to stay in a hotel while the sink was being fixed. At my expense!

i had the same issue with druggie neighbors. And I fully sympathize with your maintenance issue - had a similar situation where my apt was flooded and I asked to move to a hotel and was told it would be at my expense. It flooded on 3 different occasions!
