I lived in this complex for a little over a year, and shortly after moving in was informed by coworkers that it is a hotbed for drug deals. The police are present on site almost daily and there are numerous sex offenders and drug addicts as residents. They will lure you to these apartments through $0 security deposit BUT they will simply charge you more when you move out. They are unlike any other apartment I have ever lived in in that they charge you for everything from cleaning carpets to covering nail holes in the walls. Finally, if you enjoy hearing every move your neighbor makes, and knowing their exact bathroom habits, this is the place for you!
