I am a resident and I love it here! The office staff is WONDERFUL! The maintenance is very responsive! And the grounds are so nice. You would LOVE IT HERE! This is by far the very best apartment community I have EVER lived in. THE SPRINGS ROCKS!!!!!!!

You must be out of your mind. This place is the worst Apartment complex on the east side look at the ratings.You probally work here. I live here and I can't wait until my lease ends. As a matter of fact this place has made me not want to ever live in another apartment commmunity, EVER. I guess you didn't know about the stabbings and shooting here. Hummmm I have also heard all the parties that go on until 3 to 4oclock in the morning which is probally why you say it a nice place....Because your suffering from sleep depervation from no sleep as I am. Enjoy this place and good luck, hopefully you won't be the next victim.
