I lived at these horrible apartments for a year and have been through hell ever since I moved in. Thankfully I no longer live there. However, just days before we moved out two punk kids broke into our apartment. The funny thing was, not one of our windows were broken, nor were any doors unlocked. How they got in' Some one on the Staff gave them a key! Thats right! These people are giving out your apartment keys to criminals! And do you think they care' Absolutely not! These people are horrible. I would not wish this place on my worst nightmare. As far as people saying they "love the place" are seriously on crack! You may think that everything is fine and great when you move in but I guarantee by the time you move out you will hate this place as much as everyone else does.

I know a way for you to get out of your lease, heck they would probally pay you to leave. We as the people of the United States have the right to assemble and the right of the Freedom of Speach under are first ammendment. You could picket in the front of both entrances on the public sidewalks in protest. I know six people along with myself who would join you. So if you decide to do this make extra sign you will need them. Don't forget to alert the media as they would be all over it. That would really get the word out.

As a renter from a different complex, I've also been the victim of a burlary. Not sure if my roomate had a hand in it, cause his property was stolen to. apon returning from work the bedroom window was wide open.. There was no forced entry and the police said that sliding windows can be easily jimmied open from the outside. Also have you ever heard of an old trick thats been around since the 1960s called "key bumping"? google it.. its basically filed down key sets that allow you to decompress all the springs in a deadbolt by hitting them in the key hole with a hammer. Now days i have renters insurance, i live on a top floor, have a wireless alaram, have a copy of serial numbers of all my property stored in cell phone, and my own dual cylinder deadbolt installed.
