Well lets start with the staff...rude beyond belief and ignorant. They can never answer a question when you have one because they say "I dont know, or the computers are down." When I inquired about my lease and why I was being overcharged, the manager -- (not just some employee) I say again the manager interupted me with "quiet now Im talking"...that should explain my next point of how much they really care about you...none. Beware of the wording in the Lease. They have so many hidden fees when you move out that it STARTS at 300 bucks for their "move out clean up." You WILL be charged no matter how much you clean the place...that is their minimum. I was warned about this by three others who moved out, so I made sure everything was in perfect condition and even had a signed inspection sheet that everything was in order and I was screwed over as well. The pool at night is not safe to take your kids to because there are late night parties and drinking from people who come there who arent even residents. The security sucks and both of my vehicles were broken into and my stereo stolen. Many times as I came home from work late at night (2 to 3 AM) the Midvale police were there taking care of problems. As for the grounds, dog crap everywhere, but I cant blame the dogs or the owners because that is how I felt about the place as well, I should have dropped my pants and taken one on the lawn as well. I checked out the BBB after I moved in and there is nothing positive on there about this place as well. Dont make the same mistake as I did. Find a better place than this to live because this place needs alot of changes. My happiest day at the SOCW was the day I moved out.
