The Springs is a pathetic apartment complex with high crime. It is only a matter of time before you get your car broken into. Since I've been there I have seen numerous cars(in one small section) with broken windows and stolen items or just simply vandalized; including my own. You are gambling with your possessions if you rent here. The management is poor. The property is poorly maintened (asphault is FULL of giant holes) the ponds are empty and muddy. There is no outdoor lighting anywhere so everything is dark (criminals love this I'm sure). My apartment has been flooded twice (once becuase of a water heater from the apt above and once becuase a maint. worker forgot to turn off the water before fixing the pipes under our sink). Ridiculous! Oh and I forgot to mention the parking they do give you isn't near the apartment you rented so when you're car alarm does go off you won't hear it. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. Period. Do not rent here!
