I lived at the Springs of Country woods for over a year and noticed how things gradually got worse over time because of the way it was managed. When I moved in, I paid 150$ as the lease initiation fee. When I moved out, the apartment was really clean and no damages to the carpet or the paint....however, they still charged me around 150$. I still remember the nasty smile on the manager's face when she remarked that "the apartment is so clean...but we need to charge you anyways". So thats a total of 300$ that you pay for staying here in addition to the monthly rent. Getting out of the lease is another nightmare. You need to give 2 months notice to move out ! However, the maintenance guys were really awesome. Whenever I had a maintenance request, they would come on the same day and do a really thorough job. One thing I was a bit concerned about was the large number of people with big dogs....some of them running around without a leash. And not to forget my neighbour who I could hear getting busy at night...if you know what I mean.
