Expect to be taken advantage of when you leave. They will charge you for thier "cost of doing" business expenses. They will extort monies from you, $35.00 for the drip pans, you pay $160.00 to re-paint, even if your walls are pristine and clean, full price for carpet cleaning etc. It cost me almost a 3/4 of a months rent to leave, after paying on time, leaving no marks , spots, damages or stains. I had the carpets professionally cleaned and a cleaning crew come in and wipe everything down. When I discussed this with them, they stated they do it to everybody, it is a standard practice. No matter how hard you try, they will not listen or assist you with what is fair and what is right. this was after a year of , loud neighbors, gun shots, police onsite, pigeon droppings, poor parking procedures, could I have been any farther away from my apartment' I could go on and on..

I seriously could not agree more. My husband and I are good people with better expectations than the slump that is the springs. They rip you off on your rent and they charge you up the butt when you move out!
