I've only lived in these apartments for 10 days and I already regret it. First of all,the unit I got looks and feels NOTHING like the model I was shown that had white cabinetry and hardwood floors. I walked in the first day to find damaged linoleum and old brown cupboards with grimy hardware. The fridge is dented and scratched, the kitchen lights bowed, the window covered with pigeon crap, paint on the stove top, a burner that will not stay seated, a door that is damaged beyond paint repair, stains on the ceiling, blinds that are bent and covered in dirt,and a screen door that is bent and won't close. When I spoke to my leasing rep she assured me that this would all be taken care of. Yeah, right. They agreed to paint the cupboards which happened a week later. It was the sloppiest job I've ever seen...paint on the ceiling, walls, carpet, and counters, dust all over my leather furniture and entertainment center. They claim to have paited 2 coats, I'm going to end up paying for paint and doing the job right myself which they'll probably freaking charge me for when I move out based on other ex-resident comments. On top of that, the jerk dropped and broke my one-of-a-kind, discontinued microwave and left if for me to find. Not to mention that I know he used my toilet as the slob left the seat up. Gross! After a week of pestering, the manager assured me that I can deduct the cost of a replacement micro from my rent. I don't feel like I should be paying for rent this month at all. My heat has stopped working twice in 20 degree weather and the insulation on the windows and back slider is next to nothing. And believe all of the CRIME comments posted on this page. My car was stolen from my carport the 2nd night I arrived. I resided in a complex with rent $300 cheaper for 2.5 years and no one ever touched my car. I cannot fully express my frustration and disappointment with this place, as I thought it would be a step up. Don't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else.

I seriously could not agree more. My husband and I are good people with better expectations than the slump that is the springs. They rip you off on your rent and they charge you up the butt when you move out!
