The crime here is terrible and the owners/management could care less. the cops drive through but not much has been done to stop the problems here, and everyone knows it. I would never recommend to anyone to live here. Also the building despite being painted recently and some repaving in the parking lot, the interior of all the units are showing their more than 20 years of age and neglect by the owners. Every time we went to the pool their were drunk people hanging out even in the afternoon, I never see people bringing their children to the pool without leaving in disgust. There are much better places to live in this area. The Springs is the worst of them all.
