I have made The Springs my home for way too long. The only reason I have stayed as long as I have is due to the pain of moving. You need 4X4 to make it in the parking lot. The covered parking leaks and if you are lucky enough to get a spot that does not leak, the sprinklers will get you. The swamp they call a pond is always full of garbage and smells like dead fish. (they don t even have fish in them) The insulation in the apartment sucks. I can hear my neighbor use the bathroom; lucky for me she is not one to use the radio or TV much. You can hear EVERYTHING. The smells from the furnace room and bathroom permeate the whole apartment. My litter box is a welcome smell comparatively. Hope your handy; caz lord knows you will not get their maintenance to come and fix anything or even address the issue, IF they feel that you even have one. HVAC does not work; you freeze in the winter and boil in the summer. I m not sure where they make up the prices for the place I live on ground floor and I pay more than the couple that live above me on the top floor. (top floor has the high end vaulted ceilings and fire place) Do NOT get sucked into the faboo prices they list because they are NOT what you will end up paying!
