I have lived at the Springs for about a year now, and I am planning on renewing my lease. I'm a young, female who lives alone, and I have felt very safe living here knowing there is security patrol and the grounds are well lit at night. My apartment is nice and I haven't had any big problems. My heater went out but was fixed the same day I called it in. I have never had problems with the staff. I used the pool a lot in the summertime, and I was just recently told that there is a year round pool, so I'm excited to use that. I have been happy to live here, it is in a great location and I can get to school and shopping really fast with the freeways so close. Overall, I strongly recommend the Springs. I love my apartment.

Glad you like it...you must have one of the renovatted apartments...a lot like the ones you see when they take you on the initial tour. We had one that was LITERALLY stuck in the 70's (when it was first built)! I ended up leaving and breaking my lease...I just couldn't take it anymore! It was worth the $ I paid! Good luck!

yep, i ran into the same thing that susee237 did but i had to stay as i was moving here from out of state and needed a residence immediately. the unit i got looked nothing like the model, stuck in the 70's, DIRTY and stained, holes in doors, and thin, worn carpet....big rip-off. and my heater has stopped working too - 3 times last winter, once this year. as far as safety goes, my car was stolen from my carport the 2nd day i was in the apartments. it's a big complex, perhaps you did get lucky, satisfied renter.

This review is BS. It was written by one of the management girls. The Springs is terrible.

I agree, this was for sure written by one of the management people, this place is horrible.
