We couldn't be more excited to leave this place! The managment is so horrible and they only care about your money. When we moved in, we could tell the place wasn't re-painted. It reaked of smoke and there was dirt and pen marks on the walls. and also had a yellow tint from the smokers. we told them before we moved in and they said it was painted. So we had them come back with us and they still said it was painted even though we showed them all the pen marks and dirt. So you know what he said' "well, here is some spray to get the smoke out and i will send someone over to wash the walls" He didn't even offer to paint it! 9 months later and it still smells like smoke. Also the guy wrote the wrong price on our lease. 50 dollars less then what it should of added up to. That wasn't our fault, we signed the lease for the dollar amount that was written. we fought for 6 months because it wasn't our bfault and every month we would get a notice and a bunch of late fees. The mananger, April (total ----- by the way) talked to her lawyer and never bothered us again because she was wrong of course! the place is a rip off for how small it is, plus it smells. we have drug dealers below us and in the summer time one of them sleeps on this old bed that reaks of pee and snors so loud. the only reason we moved here was because they are dog friendly. Its hard to find places like that. but the management sucks, they all need to be fired and let people who know what they are doing work there.
