I've done alot of apartment living and The Springs has beenby far was my favorite! it's the first apartment complex I've lived in that actually felt like a community.

Alot of the neighbors know each other and look out for each other. Lisa; the manager has been amazing to work with and the staff has always been very accomidating with work orders done promptly.

I've really enjoyed the landscaping here and it's been nice to watch people play with their dogs and feed the ducks, it brought me a sense of peace and safety living here and I would live here again in a heartbeat!

Lisa, April, Alyson, Jeremy, Dustin, Daniel, and Carlos have all been there for me and always been very personal and kind.

I would recommend this complex to anyone who has children and wants to have the feeling of a housing community. There are tons of kids who all seem to play together and get along.

I've done my power walk daily and most people take pride in their patios in decorating them and making them nice as well.

This person must have not had any issues with dogs attacking her kids or her pet (if she has one). A lot of people in this complex does not obey the leash law, yes, Utah has one. Although the landscaping is nice the litter (beer cans, cigarette butts, ect) detracts from it. Also, in some areas speeding is a huge issue, especially on my side of the complex and even though a notice has been put out people don't care. Also, I guess Kelly hasn't been woken up a 1-2 am from people at the pool - it closes at 10pm and I did phone the police and management, however, it goes to show you that people don't care!! Also, I have an appliance that isn't working properly that I have talked with Lisa about more than once and it has not been replaced. I guess Kelly doesn't have any broken appliances.

um really it seems like "kelly" is actually Lisa, the crappy apartment manager. and PAHUHLEAZE!!! people decorating their patios? If you think that ghetto christmas lights along with kids nasty bikes is considered decoration, wow.
