Do not live here...my husband and I lived here for 8 months and it was the worst! They charge a TON of hidden fees once you sit down to sign the lease, $200 lease initiation fee that goes towards WHAT' $30 for cable that you are required to have...they shouldn't be charging more than $10, which they still would make a profit on. In addition to rent they charge $15 for parking...are you kidding. We moved out and left the place in the same condition that it was in when we moved in and they tried to stick us with $150 cleaning fee to get it ready for the next person even though they told us that we left it clean. Our front door would not unlock and the handy man worked on it multiple times...it still stuck trying to unlock it when we moved out. They took days to fix our fridge, and all our food spoiled, then it went out again and took numerous days to replace. There are birds and pigeons EVERYWHERE and everyone here has 2-3 dogs, and they do not clean up after them. The staff here is worthless too...it would take them days to return phone calls, they never had a clue about anything they were asked and they hardly ever answer the office phones. So unless you like paying way too many fees and enjoy living in dog crap and pigeons...DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I completely agree with this review. 200$ lease initiation fee that is non refundable, 30 for comcast cable no matter if you even have a TV! 15$ for FREAKING PARKING!!! not even downtown apartments charge for parking!! By dogs, this person means rabid pit bulls running losing with the owners dropping F bombs to "try to get it back" Our front door was the opposite and wouldnt lock, you had to shake the door to get it to lock. Our stove caught on fire and the manager said it was my fault because I cleaned it. ???? seriously? pigeons are everywhere, its so gross and they wake you up at all hours of the night. dont expect to sleep in on a saturday. Oh and plan on have a 4 wheeler just to drive through the complex, the potholes, cracks and everything else are out of control. seriously, do not live here. its way too much money for the ghetto that you get.
